The Tremiti Islands are a small archipelago located about 22 km north of the Gargano coast, a true paradise for divers and sea lovers and since 1989, a part of the territory has been included in the Marine Nature Reserve of the Tremiti Islands.
How to reach the Islands?
There are two main ways: the first is by helicopter with the Company Alidaunia group, you will find info and costs directly by clicking here, just register and you can book the flight directly from the site.
The second and most used is that of ferries, which depart from different ports of the Gargano: the marina of Rodi Garganico is the nearest equipped port to Ischitella, about 21 sea miles from the islands, but you can also take ferries from Peschici and Vieste, ports present in the northern area of the Gargano.
Which companies and where to book tickets?
There are several companies with ferries and motor ships that transport passengers to the islands, for this reason we advise you to contact the agency in the country chosen by you directly for your departure or to ask us for info directly in the structure at our B&B to give you some advice.
What are the departure times to go to the Tremiti islands?
Generally we leave in the morning around 09:00/09:15: and the return is in the afternoon around 16:30/18:00 always depends on the place of return. For other infos, such as parking or infos on the spot, ask here at the structure and we will be able to give you a lot of info and practical advice.
